여부를 검증하기 위한 목적으로 만들어진 제품입니다. Mycoplasma는 현미경으로 관찰이 어려워 감염
여부를 판별하기 쉽지 않으며, 일단 감염이 되면 Cell 성장 및 염색체 이상, 세포의 형태에 영향을
끼칩니다. Myco-Read™ Mycoplasma PCR Detection Kit는 분자생물학적 종 분류 방법인 16S rRNA를
이용하는 방식으로, 분류하고자 하는 종의 16S rRNA Sequence의 Primer를 사용하여 PCR을 통해 약 8
